I’m a Wellness & Optimization Coach primarily focusing on moms and leaders. I coach and support them to make themselves a priority so their cups can be full and they can serve their families, teams, workplaces & communities better.
By creating a better daily flow and tuning into rightly fueling their energy, they’re able to beat overwhelm and bring more vitality to their day and to those they serve.
I have a 20-year old stepson, an 8-year old daughter and a 6-month old baby. I have over 10 years of experience in corporate business transformation as well as over 5 years of experience as a continuous process improvement and leadership coach (Lean thinking) in the government space.
I’m driven by my passion for helping people who feel overwhelmed. I love merging my passion for food and Lean thinking in every area of my life especially by experimenting in the kitchen.
My purpose is coaching people to get fueled and stay flowcused for optimal energy and vitality.
You see, I've spent way too long on the side of overwhelm: as a mama, wife, leader, coach, basically in all realms of my life. I've allowed the demands of the day to take over my energy for far too long. Along the way I've developed some tried and tested strategies to move from a state of overwhelm to energizing my daily flow!
I love spending time with my family playing sports, hiking in nature, travelling, and have been going back to the basics of the amazing healing and energizing power of plants, herbs, seeds and grains that are in abundance for us.
